About Us
Who's driving this bus anyway?
Anthony Angell, Founder and CMO
After leaving the worlds of Finance and Educational Marketing for 11 years, Anthony took a couple of years off to hang out with his dogs and decide on his next career move. Having a passion for small businesses and entrepreneurial spirit, his expertise in human nature (aka Psychology) and marketing paid off as launched his consultancy for small businesses to the beauty and wellness industry. After appearing in more than 10 magazines with his business partner Tiago, some International, the clout and idea for StickyStreet came to life. Anthony's vision of transforming inaccessible technology jargon into intuitive, accessible ideas with personality (ie: making the machine friendly) can be found throughout the platform. An avid Mac user and natural-born "marketeer", he is the driving force behind StickyStreet's buzz (you're reading this aren't you), ease of use, and agency-centric feature development. He can often be overheard telling Tiago and Tim, "I know it's harder to make it work this way, but it'll be easier for our agencies and their clients to work with".
Anthony lives in Arlington, VA with his three dogs, Chauncey, Seamus and Keifer.
Tiago Soromenho, Founder and AEO
Tiago also left his position as Sr. VP, Creative Director at one of the largest advertising agencies in the world to bring the marketing tricks of the big players within reach of small business all over the world. In this age of globalization, Tiago believes the small business, artist, or craftsperson should have the same capabilities as the large multi-nationals to be able to compete against the forces of blandness. Now, Tiago works tirelessly to improve the user experience and functionality of StickyStreet. He has pioneered and launched several startups from inception to acquisition.
Originally from Portugal, Tiago now lives in Rockville, MD with his wife and son.
Tim Barnes, CTO
Tim didn't start out as nerdy as he is now, but instead began his career in mental health as a therapist in outpatient recovery specializing in behavioral epidemiology. He moved onto Charlottesville, Virginia where he studied health care management and medicine. Shortly after his move to DC, the geek within finally took over and he started the successful design firm, DesignMe, LLC. Tim brings his talents in technology design and programming to StickyStreet where he architects the next generation platform for customer loyalty. He holds an MPH from the University of Virginia and an SB from George Mason University and other various acronyms.
Originally from Philadelphia, Tim lives in Arlington, Virginia with his girlfriend Alli and his dog Jack.
Briggs Bralliar MD, CFO & Senior Advisor
Briggs is a doctor who applies the same skills he uses to treat his patients to keep businesses healthy. A serial entrepreneur, he lends his knowledge and experience of what makes a business tick to both the running and operations of StickyStreet as well as the processes used to bring success to our clients and the way they use StickyStreet. Briggs keeps us all, staff and clients alike, on a good fiscal diet, to stay competitive and fit.
Briggs lives in Arlington, VA and is an accomplished numismatist. Yes, you probably need to go look that one up.
